Access to the internet in most towns and districts isn't the best oh! To solve the problem the infraco company must invest in low orbiting satellites, so that every town in Ghana, no matter its location, would get access to the internet and mobile telephony. You won't believe it. I just returned from the district. Through out the time I was there, I couldn't use WhatsApp messenger. No internet reception. I could however place a call.

Furthermore, we need law to be able to assess that any deal that does not go through the proper tender process can be withdraw without any penalty and the company involved made laible to pay all demages.

Most details, contracts, agreements still unclear. It seems they intend to keep it that way. It's time for some RIGHT FOR INFORMATION demands by the press to make the related documents public. Last year's presidential decree is definitely not enough and probably unlawful anyway, at least in its implementation.

Ursula, the superstar of looting needs to be stopped.
