If it is established by the prosecuting authorities that Kwadwo Nkansah was driving without due care and attention or reckless he should be prosecuted and sentence accordingly. After being fined or imprisoned for whatever number of months or years the victims parents or representatives can initiate a civil action against Kwadwo Nkansah to claim compensation for the loss of their ward.
