There are trained professionals that do these valuations. The valuation was not done by SSNIT.
It is on record that e.g La beach hotel is more profitable than Rock City.
Nobody is even going to entertain that fixed pricing coming from kromfuorhene Yaw Osafo-Maafo. Even if you offer $300 million dollars today, it would not be sold to you. Go and buy land and build your own hotels and run.
