  How does building ultra-modern office benefit the citizenry? People in Oda are wallowing in abject poverty with all the minerals around them. I wonder if Mineral Commission has established any social intervention by way of solving their predicaments. Always celebrating mediocrity, with this narrow minded Minister being a typical example.
