The way to go is to probe Dame and the Jakpa-Dame tape and stop pretending that nothing has gone wrong.
advising him to recuse himself from this particular case does not tantamount to closer of all other criminal allegations filled against him elsewhere. Besides applicants can seek redress in appealate courts above.
