Kwasi Appiah is a good coach no doubt , but what he lacks is man-management of his players. In a small team like Sudan he might thrive , but in a big team like Ghana , he will have challenges . KA is good identifying players, he is calm and will get along easily with his employers but lacks bold decisions .Thomas Tuchel could look in the face of Lukaku and tell him "l am putting you on the bench because currently you not on form." Second coming of Otto , he has shown that he has balls. Firstly , he could tell Dede in the face "l am dropping you be cause of a,b,c. Whether you are the captain , if you have a bad day , you sit on the bench. That's new Otto for you. Can KA ever drop Dede or even Jordan to the bench ? Never? Because he takes things personal , this does not augur well for the team and majority of people lose confidence in him.
