  Please there was no legal entity called NDC when the Constitution was birthed. So you can't take credit for that. And you were not the architects of free SHS. You vehemently opposed it and mocked the NPP that it was costly and mimpossible to implement in 2017. We do not have short memories. In fact, it is on record that JDM even declared if he has 3 billion he would be a fool to invest it in Free SHS

  Ato Forson continue that NDC is the originator of free SHS, and the same fools were heard in a video marching and singing that quote, "Free education, 419, free education 419". Unquote, doesn't it sound strange for NDC to be originators of a program that is 419?
