  2. The prima façie ruling, interpreted by the Defence, that all that is required of Ato Forson is to show whether he asked for the issuance of the Letters of Credit on his own or not is COLD COMFORT.
  3. The essence of the ruling, is that
  "A crime has been committed. Was Ato Forson the one who committed the crime or not"
  4. The Defence should have appealed the fundamental issue
  " The issuance of Letters of Credit, a condition PRECEDENT for the execution of the contract cannot be an offence.

  These two ( Gari and Dame ) are so low in IQ ( UNINTELLIGENT ), that, they are literally admitting indeed the conversation ( breach of court case ) took place, but some portions are missing.
  
  Perhaps Jakpa started the recording first when he realized the seriousness of the conversation the Attorney general conducting.
  
  Whether the tape is complete or not, DAME is NOT disputing his actions, which is against the law,
  
  Therefore he has committed an offence.
  
  He must be held accountable for his actions.

  Is it not the responsibility of the Ministry of Health to go and "inspect the ambulances" before shipment?
  What does the contract say about "Specification and Inspection".
  The public must know the details in the contract because some of us have then doing "import and export business"and have better ideas about LCs etc.Tnx.
