If, as Jakpa has said, the corrective step was taken to ensure that the ambulances came up to scratch and the government through the incompetent then Minister of health deliberately refused to have the vehicles properly tooled then the government is to be blamed for the financial loss. Ato Forson should be discharged and Agyeman Manu and his cohorts should be charged for wilfully causing financial loss regarding the 200 ambulances just because they didn't care if the country went down for the NPP to look good in the eyes of its supporters.
