Clear bribery
Conflict of interest. Ghana Army should not receive donations from private individuals and companies. This potentially ends up in conflict of interest situations.
The total decay we talk about. The military is not supposed to provide internal security. They are pitching the military against the indiginenous people. Failed state!
Such donations need to come to Ghana Prison Service,everything either Ghana Military or Ghana Police. What about Ghana Prisons.
And what about the youth? What about the next generation? Hmmm... Instead of investing in the future of the youth by building then proper schools, sports facility centers they rather spending the money on their own security, ...
