Between 1982 and 2000, NDC AGs and lawyers knew the judges bcz they appointed them. Yet, certificateless lawyer Akufo-Addo wiped the floor with NDC lawyers at the Supreme and High Courts. Do you care to explain that?

@TAKE OR PAY DEMON, it will be good for you to tell us why the Amulances in this Case never worked, I doubt if you can at best you will come and throw some political dust into our eyes to justify what the NPP government and our Judges are perpetuating.The simple truth is that the Ambulances have never worked, about 30 of them are still parked at I believe the Airforce Base. The question is why, again simple, someone or some people in this NPP government have refused to allow them to work.From what has transpired so far at the Court sittings, we now know that the buses were bought and shipped to Ghana without the medical fitting that would render then usable because vehicle manufacturers do not do that work, so this fittings were brought in and are lying at the Tema Ports waiting to be cleared for another team of experts to come and fix and instead of the NPP government doing the needful simply did not mind a hoot, left them as they came and are now trying to prosecute those under whose regime (NDC) that the buses were imported; meanwhile the NPP has gone ahead to buy other Ambulances since 2017.So who has caused financial loss to the State, NPP of course. Useless and wicked people.

The vehicles were parked during Mahama’s time and not this government’s. What’s all this nonsense of shamelessness? That the vehicles were not fit for purpose is not in doubt and that’s not the reason Ato Forson is in court, he is in court because he allegedly fraudulently issued the LC…that’s the crux of the matter…all these press conferences about the AG meeting the third accuse etc have no bearing in the substance of the matter. Jakpa has not denied that his uncle invited the AG to his uncle’s house, he has not denied that he Jakpa was not invited to the said meeting. Now he turns up uninvited, secretly records the meeting and plays an edited part of it to the public. He did same with the wattsapp messages he tended in court as evidence. Now under cross examination he admits he didn’t provide the court will all the messages, in effect deceiving the court. Did he think the AG wouldn’t have the full messages on his phone/computer? How dumb can he be? Now if he is proven to be dishonest, why won’t he be found guilty? Follow the substance of the case and the proceedings and not the public shouting cum press conferences…it’s about law and not antics!! For your information, plea bargaining is legal!! The key word there is bargaining…so small fry in a case gives evidence against the big fry in exchange for a lesser sentence…Jakpa wants to be exonerated and the AG won’t play ball and hence all his antics…follow the proceedings and not the press conferences!!

Seth Tekper told the court that he was the one who authorised Ato to clear the issue with the Credit notes , even that was not honoured until the then Minister of health, got involved.

Ato's only crime in this non existing business of crime,is for following
orders from his then boss.

But not only that, the real issue here is Ato has been a torn of the flesh of this incompetent government bizarre borrowing and wasteful antics towards the good people of Ghana.

Ato told Ghanaians there are to be hair cuts,a whole pepsodent came out and debunked Ato's warnings.

Yet these liars are screaming for continuity of their lies,thievery and wickedness.

Just take a walk to the Pwalugu dam project alone and tell us the whereabouts of the over 11 millions plus of hard US dollars,remmber Bawumia
