  On what basis did the AG accuse Ato Forson of "willfully causing financial loss to the state"?
  Has Ato Forson stolen any money or responsible for the 30 ambulances that arrived in Ghana under NDC?
  What kind of specification of ambulances were in the contract?
  Even if the specification was not met,you can't blame Ato Forson for somebody's negligence.
  It's the duty and responsibility of the Ministry of Health to go and inspect the ambulances before shipment.
  How do you say the ambulances are not fit for purpose so Ato Forson has attentionally caused a financial loss to the state?
  Is he an ambulance specialist or a medical engineer?
  This is very silly and foolish case.Tnx.
