What do you mean by build around. This guy can't be Captain. He has no emotions. He behaves like Osimhen and you can't trust him. He did Sam during the Afcon. He has to grow he is not irreplaceable.

A team can be built around a respectable person but not arrogants who just play for a mere west ham.Tell him to behave to fellow Ghanaians and accept a criticism in a good faith and arrogance won’t do him any good.

C. K Akonor is wrong in my opinion. Building black stars team around an arrogant kudos is a doom.
He had his tenure and he couldn't do anything better.
Allow the new coach to do his work.
