  This issue need to be tackled head on,- devoid of partisan politics
  I will suggest
  1. all the forex bereu need to be shut down.
  
  2. if you shut it down - you need to ask everybody who is interested in foreign currency must open an account at Ghana Commercial Bank with 2 accounts local currency and foreign currency accounts,
  
  3. if the account holder need forex for travelling , then the GCB loaded the needed amount on his foreign currency accounts .
  This will stop the unnecessary tradings that is destroying the local currency.
  
  there are a lot of fake currencies in the system, that is trading with the forex.
  
  every serious country do not joke with it currency
  if these measures are not radically taken , there is noway Ghana could develop.
  movement of currency must be treated as a national security.
  today world and Technology is making it easy for country like Ghana to take advantage to curb the menace .
