  Saglemi, who really wants to stay out there, far away from anything? Going to Accra takes hours, literally. And going back too.

  This government has been implored to cough out or find extra 100 mil dollars to complete it and then make it operational and then serve the purpose of affordability and it says there can't be any money for that
  
  So they want to partner the private sector to make this a success....
