If Big Sea were convinced they delivered actual ambulances, why would they be quick to refund the money - millions of dollars? If you claim they did so to protect their brand, they can equally go to court if they think the government of Ghana is maliciously damaging their brand. It seems some "yenkye ndi" took place and some people want to quickly cover their backs. In the same way that we expect the people in the current government to face the law for their corrupt deals once they've left office, we shouldn't be quick to shield others because they belong to our party. It is better for Ghana for a government to witch hunt its opponents, even with false prosecutions, than for party foot soldiers to defend corrupt party people being prosecuted. That way, at least, there will be a lot fear among party people and they will do everything not to go near corruption because they need tight clean record to defend themselves against witch hung. So, let lean towards witch hunting. Those in the current NPP government that are suspected to be corrupt should be prosecuted vigorously, even if falsely, in this or the next government. But it should be sooner. Similarly, any former NDC person who was suspected to be corrupt should be prosecuted vigorously, even if falsely. All politicians would then sit up and lean towards tight evidence of their cleanliness as they could be prosecuted so easily. No party colours in both situations. NPP people should not defend suspected corrupt NPP people. NDC people should not defend suspected corrupt NDC people. Their tight evidence of cleanliness is what should defend them. The problem we have here is that politics has become a game of you are bad I am good. So, when an NDC person is found to be corrupt, NDC people don't like it. And similarly, if and NPP person is found to be corrupt, NPP people don't like it (why would some NPP people defend stashing of possibly illegal money under the bed?). Until we all look unconcerned when people of our parties are being prosecuted, corruption will remain with us.

What and when the document got to Godfred Dame is not important now.
The essential logic of this "Full WhatsApp chat" is to confirm if Jakpa indeed met the AG.
The fact that the lawyers of Godfred Dame have confirmed that Jakpa gave some documents to the AG is enough to throw the case out.
This 68 WhatsApp chat provided by AG has created a huge cloud of doubt on the case.
Mind you,there were physical meetings and telephone contacts.
How can we know who is telling the truth in this case? Yamutu.
