  you have taken $24million loan from world Bank for public sector Reforms ? I am surprise this KROLL AND ASSOCIATE - is talking about a yielded results - because I have not seen it.
  if certain government policy yielded a good results, it is the public who attested to it, I have not seen any improvement at police service,-
  I have not seen or witness any positive results from DVLA- the gore boys are still working, the bribing are still on going.

  could you list the evaluation reports in details ? because taken $24million for such a program must not be like making press conferences.
  we must know as a country - where the problems was and how this million funded program has able to eliminate the challenges for better services.
  Ghana police service still do not understand how a rule of law is applied- they still don't understand application of -all persons are equal before the law,
  they still don't understand the rights of the people
  they still collect bribes, they still do recruitment on protocols.
  they still don't respect the laws and the rights of the people
  if these NPP- criminals could not produce the evaluation reports on this $24million funded program - it must be deemed as a stolen money.
  birth and death-
  what have you specifically done '? I want to know
  have they got new buildings and equipments to keep the death and birth data in the country ?
  do they issue and electronic birth certificate ?
  is every death or birth been registered and accounted for in the country ?
  what did you actually used the money for ?

What improvement are you talking about when Ghanaians continue to wake up to nothing but more Julor House NPP thievery, looting, ineptness and destruction while refusing to hear the cries of suffering Ghanaians? There are no improvements to speak of, only government lies, deceptions, looting and thievery.

Make education pivotal to achieve the highest efficiency and accountability in the public sector. Many were happy when Domelevo was booted out because of some of these now uncovered reasons.
