At least he was able to hold the cedi at 4.2ghc to 1us dollar during his time. Today the cedi is selling at 15.8ghc to 1 us dollar. If nothing at all he did much better than the current government. On January 7, 2009 the ced ...

At least he was able to hold the cedi at 4.2ghc to 1us dollar during his time. Today the cedi is selling at 15.8ghc to 1 us dollar. If nothing at all he did much better than the current government. On January 7, 2009 the cedi was trading at 1.2ghc to 1 us dollar and they managed to maintain at 4.2ghc by the time he handed over power to Prez Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia on January 7,2017. Cumulatively, he and the late Prez Mills deprecated the cedi by 3ghc over a period of 8 years. On the other hand Prez Nana Addo and Dr Bawumia deprecated the cedi in 7.5 years by 11.6ghc. No wonder the economy is hitting us hard now. By the end of December the cedi will further depreciate to 20ghc making our living standard much more harder than it's Today.

At least it was 4 cedis to the dollar when Mahama was in power. Compare to foolish goat Bawumia's 16 cedis to the dollar. Are you mad? Mahama should come back. He will bring the exchange rate down

I know some would argue that the alternative too is wishful thinking but given where we are now, I would rather Mahama take charge and send us back to where we were before we made the terrible mistake of trying Akpeffu Addu just because he said we should trust him.
