  It is so sad that we treat our own people like this considering all these facts being churned out. Did BoG read the report prepared by GN Savings after the reclassification?What was the duty of the BoG man who was assigned to help GN Savings to do all the reforms proposed by the BoG?
  What happened to the over GHS 30million government accepted it owed GN Bank? Couldn’t that money have met the mininum capital requirement of savings and loans companies as the minimum requirement is GHS 15 million?
  This is sheer wickedness

  What many people don’t know is that all these facts were part of GN Bank reliefs it filed in court to contest the revocation of its licence. But Justice Gifty Agyei Addo ignored all these facts and ruled in favour of BoG.

Otherwise why reclassify the GN Bank with all the allegations and close GN Savings with no allegations against it? No apparent reason at all. The reason why the BOG Governor is silent, protecting his job.

If you were honest, had prudential management and solid banking practices you'd have still been in business like the other banks operating till date.. Old thief asking for another license to carry out his criminal activities..
