  I have a suggestion ! Before you start a training program for electricians, deal with the very stupid behavior from ECG. They still refuse to install a second meter to facilitate the production from our solar systems. In our dumsor situation here in Ghana, they should be happy for every KWh witch is fed to the Grid !!
