  It's only under Akuffo Addo that, some dubious characters like Kusi Boateng/ Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, one person with two names and two voter ID and Ghana card can exist comfortably without being prosecuted. Wow!

If aaaalll these fail in the search engines, you might want to escalate your search into advance search mode by putting in forest names like kusi, boateng, osei, owusu, frimpong, akuffo, ofori, atta, ampia, tweneboa, etc etc etc. People say JJ Rawlings was bad. In his days, this Eshun thieves of a so called Talent whatever would be in BNI cells by now with swollen faces and they will tell the truth. YES! The truth.
