  The amount the company that supplied the ambulances paid is determined by the contract between Richard Japka and the supplier.
  It has nothing to do with the state.

  I wonder how much Ato Forson got for the loot. This is how crooks like Jakpa help impoverish the poor taxpayer through looting!

  The charge reads that "the vans are defective" but to what effect and in respect of what?
  There's no reference point in the contract to which we can say "the vans didn't meet.Tnx.
