Solutions are currently being sourced to bring the fort back to the people of Ghana and the world. Commercial operators are not an option, revenues to be generated from the site are ridiculously small compared with the investment needed, if appropriate conservation methods are implemented. It seems the IMANI Center knows more about creating divisions than about economics. Please keep Ghana's heritage away from the hands of business folks. If private donors are interested in participating in conservation efforts, they can do so in the name of social responsibility. N.A.

  Our stinking cultural of poor maintenance is what we see at these buildings, and my suggestion will be that these places should be privatized.

  As far as the slavers and colonizers are concerned, they would prefer if these obnoxious objects would vanish into oblivion. These are not any things that we should be proud of in any sense.
