  I listened to Otto Addo interview with Bola Ray quite recently and he intimated clearly every decision is about putting Ghana first . So if Duncan can help us , Otto can talk to him. It's not about any family , tribe or your past records or the grace on you as some people put it. Pep Guardiola has said he is pushing out Jack Grealish because he needs generational talents . And that's what we require.
