This is our 17th time at the IMF. The definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
It is like that useless chop bar operator at our lorry station.She spends all her profit on fashionable dresses and her drivers boyfriends.No wonder she is always at saving and loans company for help.
