  Akuffu Addo corrupt, incompetent ,dishonesty mismanagement of our economy and the destruction of the institutional fibres
  must be a wake up call to holistically look into our laws, our rules and the constitutional powers mandating the executives to hold the whole system in his kitchen cabinet.
  1.abolishing ex-grazia is long overdue
  2.some executive powers must be taken away from the president
  3. nepotism must be considered as one of the biggest sind that if the president , a headmaster, a minister, or anybody who holds public office is found guilty of must be shown the exit from holding public or private companies office again except his or her own company
  
  we must get seriously serious as a country- so that fools would never ever get a reason to compare Ghana PHD to a mere foreign passport

  If it was indeed to cater for the needs of public servants after their service to the state, why was it not applied as a single payment, but as a four year bonus, such that people like our speaker would collect his 8th share of the loot come December 2024, and former president Mahama who collected his last fast cheque from the loot in 2016 would expect to collect a fatter cache come 2028?
  
  If it was tom have been of genuine benefit to people who served the country best of all, and aimed at checking corruption as the speaker claims, teachers would have received same when they transferred from one school to another!
  
  This statement about checking corruption is, in fact, most ingenious of the speaker. To check corruption, you do not pay someone a bribe. You rather refer the person to the laws of the land! Mr Speaker, you have disappointed us all with your claim!

  It should be paid only to those MPs who loses an election and not coming back and not those who retain their seats. But it's being paid to MP's who always retain their seats and come back which means if he or she comes back four or five times is paid every four years.

This could build hospitals, affordable home, potable clean water etc.
  You pay no light bills with so many privileges yet you enjoy car loans every four years.
