This is an example of how Ghana's judiciary always wants to please the executive for personal favors so they can be promoted to the Supreme Court! What a useless system in Ghana!!

Eiher he is not listening to his lawyers or he thinks he is still in his failed military mentality is better than following procedures in court. He likes to blame everybody with exception of himself. He blamed hon Seth Terpke, the late Sherry Ayittey, Hon Ato Forson, the AG Hon Godfried Dame, and now the trial judge . I will not be surprised if he adds the CJ to the blame list. He is extending his criminal intentions to the court room and sadly worsening his case.

What at all is the motive of this Justice Asare Botwe Afia so called. In the midst of a high profile case where the faceless regime is doing everything possible to incarceration an innocent Ghanaian to paint a picture of corruption whereas the whole regime from the president to the least is very corrupt including Cecillia Dapaah, the only thing the president could do at this moment is to be appointing Justice Asare Afia Botwe to the Supreme Court while the case has not even ended. NPP loves to use this bad law in our Constitution to persecute people who scruntize them when they are in government.

Causing finicial lost to the state is a law that can be abused in the wrong hands.

We must focus on stopping bad dealings, that would be better than trying to close the stable after the horse has bolted.

This is why I love Abrakwa's approach. It's a win win for Ghana and our citizens who could fall for temptations.

They are only going for Ato because he is very smart to see their corrupt financial dealings.

He prompted us about the econmic collapse and the hair cut and all and NPP were very uncomfortable with the truths he puts out.

It is sad that because some people have been so blinded by their quest for power, they will do ANYTHING in their fight to climb back into the top seats of government.

Justice Afia Serwaa Asare-Botwe WILL NOT let anyone waste time in her court because the court's time is valuable. And because the people of Ghana deserve to see justice done in this case, and done sooner rather than later.

Richard Jakpa can try to pull all the tricks he likes. He will answer to Ghanaians for his dealings in the ambulance matter and for trousering large sums of cash.

So will Cassiel Ato Forson.

The law is the law. We must all answer to it. And that is that.
