To interpret the letter for him to understand it clearly: “ You are dismissed from the military because you are dishonest and are not mentally competent to pass any of our promotion exams. To state this simply: you are not competent enough to remain in the military. Therefore, you are dismissed with immediate effect. What is more damaging than this? Why is he finding it difficult to understand this simple letter? Either he is daft or he is simply being stupid and ignorant, and wants to blame everyone but himself.

Know also that the Military laws are not above the Constitution and the military is not also above the Ministry of Defence. The CDS is answerable to even the Chief Director of the Ministry in such matters. The CDS cannot respond directly to any request from any Ministry and for this matter, the Attorney-General, who has the constitutional right, without recourse to the Minister for Defence. Don’t you know this simple administrative procedure, as an officer?

Anyway, some soldiers mistakenly think the same as you do, that the military is above the Ministry/Civilian authority, especially those who got intoxicated with the usurped authority and power they had from the coup d’etats.

AG refused to acknowledge whether the voice on the tape was his or not.
Howeve, in my village all of us know that the case was already concluded before the proceeding, so it was OK that Jakpa did what he did. Answering YES or NO would not have revealed what we now know
