  It was Atta Mills who contacted a loan and started and then Mahama continued but it was Akuffu Addo who completed and contracted a loan and built the 2nd face and installed all equipment before it became operational. Npp do ...

  It was Atta Mills who contacted a loan and started and then Mahama continued but it was Akuffu Addo who completed and contracted a loan and built the 2nd face and installed all equipment before it became operational. Npp don't talk about it. The loan amount approved by parliament in 2018 could have built 5 completed agenda 111. Note the ignorant NDC supporters. Mahama just continue from where the late Mills left off. All the loans contracted to complete this hospital after Mahama left were added to Akuffo Addo debt.
