  You signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Association to implement a salary structure in January 2023. We are in July 2024, one and half years later after the agreement was signed, the government has not implemented it and they have gone on strike and you are here telling them to call it off. NLC should just tell the government to implement the new salary structure as agreed effective July 2024, we don't even want any arrears from them.
