We said it, the DG is not a professional teacher. Se the chaos this will brin. Hope it is NOT true that all the tachers should choose the urban areas.
What's the meaning of self posting? Did they think well before doing this? Deprived schools will not get teachers. Period
Think critically, what is the need to post someone from say Asante, Bono or Ahafo to Northern, Savanna, Upper East or Upper West when the person cannot speak the local language?, at least I can see common sense is working now ...

2023 batch are doing National Service in 2024.
So that batch (2023) will be recruited and posted in 2025.
We have long arrived and passed the junction where our elementary school teachers must speak and write good English and two vernacular/languages. The English some teachers speak and write is shameful.
