In any case, they have been taught by their parents who did same during their time. One of my secondary school tutors, who was then a WAEC exams scripts marker, spoke about this practice in a class about 40years ago. The ladies were even adding their pictures. Staff of WAEC have also been very corrupt, they have been the main source of exams papers leakages.
