Only in Ghana that there's Unemployed University Graduates Association and building another university? .Ghana education was destroyed by Rawlings when he cut short the years of our education. He at the same time destroyed all the factories Nkrumah built. Now Ghana is producing more graduates than jobs. And you Akuffo Addo allowing another university to be built shame on you.

How far and to what extent has government ensured that the decentralisation process which has been in operation for more than 30 years is boosted by means of injecting funds for localised development process and actualization??? Has the common fund not been collatralised and starved the Assemblies of critical development financial resources. How long past due has the fund not been in arrears...creating institutions and not nurturing them to grow and impact society has no virtue....
