  Once they are already judges, fair-mindedness is presumed prima facie, based on their performances. Cases that they have adjudicated on and their general conduct in society are there to prove. Except Alhaji John has of his own, a different criteria for the prove of fair-mindedness.
  
  In any case, known political affiliations of judges do not matter in certain jurisdictions, because they go by the book and even where they deviate, it may be in accordance with the political philosophy that they subscribe to in relation to constitutional matters.
  
  Alhaji John, always do what is right and you will have nothing to fear.
