  The number of houses already build in Ghana by private individuals and groups, especially those from the diaspora probably exceed $100bn.

  But how many of them are actually delivering profits for owners to recoup their investments or at least make a little revenue in hard times?
  
  Executing high cost estate developments in East Legon etc. is not smart because the area already suffer from a high level of Ghana's "empty houses syndrome"!
