The guy is saying their company in charge of the cleaning of the place claims they have not paid by the government that is why the workers had also not been paid. So what is the first thing to do? As a rational being the first thing is to find out if what the company is telling the workers is true. It only after thet ,you appeal to the president to pay company so it can also pay the workers.
