Postman Armah Kofi BUAH has come on top paaa. He’s so hollow I’m surprised no one has noticed. People should challenge him to long arguments and discussions and see how he will quickly run out of ideas and chicken out. It’s only in NDC that such empty barrels can become Ministers. This guy cannot hold an intelligent discussion for more than 10 minutes. Check with those who knew him in America.
