If it means it has increased by 22% then it's not a drop...But it means it is now increasing at a decreasing rate...So you don't have to say it has dropped...

Is someone massaging and manipulating inflation? and does this drop reflect market price? Is cement,tomatoes, plantain, iron rod ,sand, chippings etc. included in the computation of the inflation?

You are either massaging figures to favor govt or you don't know your job. So resign from the job and stop spending task payers money as salary
This is pure political statistics! Who were the respondents to your questionnaires? The cost of living is unbearable to match your figures.
