  Saanie Daara’s explanation or counsel is unsound. Firstly, the local teams do not pay the local players very well because the teams do not make enough money from gates and sponsorship. Imagine a team receiving mere 3k ghc in gate fees. The players are struggling to earn decent wages. So, if the opportunity arises for a player to make even €5000 a month, he will leave for Europe.

  Even if they play in division 4, they are much better off than playing in Ghana Premier.
  
  As African players they might even have only 15 years maximum to ply their career. Afterwards whats their retirement package. Look at the poverty their senior colleagues are wallowing in and tell them not to leave to Europe.
  
  Not until you administration puts together sound plans and run the sport of business that benefits the players, I will advise that the first chance the players get to get out off that shitty setup Saanie and co call soccer admin, they SHOULD LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!!
