One of the unsung achievements of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah is that in actions, his statement that the independence of Ghana is meaningless, until its linked to the total liberation of Africa.
The African liberation torch that Kwame Nkrumah lighted in Accra in 1964 led to the liberation of not only many African countries, but as well nations in Southern Europe, Italy, Portugal and Spain from fascist regimes.
In 1945 for the love of fascism, when Britain and U.S. got to France they let their forces freeze on the Italian, Portuguese and Spanish borders until the fascist regimes in those countries were overthrown by their militaries who got the beating in Africa.
The fascist regimes in Southern Europe were financed, armed and had their military trained by NATO forces as the case is in Ukraine today.
All African liberation fighters were called terrorists by NATO members, not excluding Nelson Mandela.
It is on record that in 1962 the UP cautioned Komla Agbeli Gbedemah for having eaten in a whites' only restaurant in the U.S., because that act led to his arrest.
When Professor Kofi Abrefa Busia became the Prime Minister of Ghana in 1969 he called for dialogue with apartheid South Africa and Rhodesia.
Why is it that today Nana Akufo-Addo is not calling for dialogue between Russia and Ukraine, but has supported NATO against Russia.
Our NPP brothers must stop making a fool of themselves.
Many presidents around the world declared one party state by 1962, and Kwame Nkrumah was not the only president in the world in 1964 to have declared a one party state.
President Offei Bougnei, Muhammed Martial, Mobutu Sese Seko, Eyedemah, Nazzer, not excluding the military juntas in South East Asia declared themselves presidents for life, some were overthrown in the 1990 after been in power for over 30 years and some had natural death.
Though the Ivorian constitution gave a person two terms at the presidency, Outara is in his third term as president of the Ivory Coast.
Our NPP brothers and sisters must put to an end their this bunkum of president for life matter, because its absurd.
