the fact that you go school doesn't mean you have the capital to invest in such a project. the equipment needed to pull that oil from the ground is not cheap and someone have to pay for it.

Springfield doesn't have money to develop their block that is why they are hiding behind the government to cheat ENI.

Hahaha they can't even acquire commercial loan to sponsor their program.

The government doesn't have any money to give them, instead the government doing the appropriate thing they want to use takashi to force ENI to merge with Springfield and give 55% to Springfield without any prove to show that the two blocks are connected.

it is up to the government to decide whether to do the right thing or continue with the illegality and incur judgment debt.

only a foolish person will insist on creating judgment debt for the country when it is clear government breached the laws.

you can be prosecuted for deliberately causing financial loss to the state if the minister of Energy enforce the directive.

Ghana as a sovereign country has the right to vary the agreement and you can’t take them to court for damages even though the tribunal says Ghana breached the agreement. Yes but the agreement is not cast in stone. So ENI you didn’t win your case. If Ghana were guilty the tribunal would have given you your claims but they didn’t. What does that tell you. You can’t deny a sovereign nation it’s right to manager her mineral resources. Period. We can revoke the entire agreement all together.
