  Yes such deliberate dilly dallying to kill the case has let the gene of Ghana Police Service become untrustworthy, corrupt and unreliable. Wake up IGP don't let your subordinates spoil the Service.

Everyone in Ghana is a product of the seeds Nkrumah sowed. Knowledge is everything. Nkrumah will forever be counted amongst the Ghana and Africa's greatest.

  This IGP cannot just be going about apologizing for the ineffectiveness of the police department. He should dismiss all those who are not performing well to change the bad reputation Ghanaians have for the police. I want the IGP to tell Ghanaians what action he has taken against the CID officer who sliced the ear of the lady to force her to confess to a crime that involved her boyfriend. This officer should have been reported to the international court of human rights.
