When you are left alone in such state your mind wanders, especially being a lady and knowing your sister and mum are in the morgue one can become suicidal when left alone. May her gentle soul find eternal rest

  Now it sounds strange to me the manner in which she was found dead at dawn. Does it mean she went to swim deep in the night or at dawn.
  Now this is not a beach its a swimming pool.
  Thanks to technology it can be detected the time she left her room to the poolside.The security man where was he.
  Now Autopsy sometimes gives clues to what happens to a dying person.
  Now what was discovered through the test show there could be a form of estrangulation which is possible this format leads to lack of oxygen.
  And from the scene it looks like she did not enter the pool in the early hours but rather at dawnn whcih is like 1am going thats why she was still unconscious at the time she was discovered.
  From my little research there is a foul play.The police should do a thorough investigation.It was smartly planned.They should check entry into the room and when she was taken from the room unconscious to look as if she went to swim and got drown.The person responsible will not find rest untill he owns up.Her Ghost will continue hunting him till he surrender wicked man.

  Foul play cannot be discounted, as a private detective, it is veru obvious that there is no way a young lady will go into an unfamiliar pool alone at dawn or night for fear of the unknown. Secondly, most parts of the country particularly the coastal areas are currently experiency cold weather and it beats my mind why a 24 year old lady would want to brave the chilly weather and jump into a pool at night or in the evening in this cold weather. Question on my mind: what time did the trio return to the hotel after work? How long has the hotels CCTV camera/DVR not been working? Police should collect the CCTV DVR hard drive and examine past footage for date of last footage. The complicity of a workman at the hotel or her boss cannot be ruled out. This is where the phone chats of the girl and the boss become indispensable. Go through all their phone chats. Mind you deleted messages on phone memory or deleted CCTV footage on harddrives can be retrieved. Possible traces of semen in the lady might be difficult to find at this stage due to immersion in water/pool. The girl was murdered.

But even if she wanted to drown herself, why would she undress for that? And authorities MUST ENSURE hotels, public lodging areas HAVE CCTVs and THEY'RE FUNCTIONAL. Places without them should be SANCTIONED.
  
  The girl's boss, driver, her phone records, hotel security, any eye witnesses, fingerprints on her body etc should all be interrogated to arrive at a full investigation into cause of death

There were no marks of strangulation ,scratches, signs of a struggle ,rape etc .As a comment earlier stated, the trauma of losing her mother and sister could have very serious consequencies and she should have been closely monitored. It is possible she was taken on this trip to give her some space to deal with the bereavement but the space proved too much for her. Condolences to the bereaved.

Simply put..you take an employee on a business trip and next morning she is found dead.(where the girl was found dead doesn't matter in case) she was killed and dumped in the pool. secondly why would the boss order for two hotel rooms instead of three since they were three people meaning the boss slept in the same room with the girl and driver in other because the boss will never sleep on same bed with his driver, thirdly it's not desirable to swim in evening only when the sun is out much more in the night dawn sounds crazy. Sorry brother you lost a sister and mother in 7months and your sister murdered on a trip. May God console you and the remaining family.

But upon second thought, will any sane person, her boss or hotel guest commit murder in a hotel room and carry the corpse through hallways into a swimming pool knowing that he could either bump into somebody or risk being captured by the CCTV camera in the hotel which is in recording mode 24/7? so such crimes committed in a hotel with CCTV cameras CAN be committed by someone who knows very well that the CCTV equipment in the hotel is not working, or someone who has access to the hotel's CCTV DVR and can switch off the DVR. WHO ELSE WILL HAVE SUCH INTIMATE KNOWLEDGE THAT AFTER ALL THE CCTV CAMERA IS NOT WORKING SO I CAN EASILY CARRY THE CORPSE AND DUMP IT INTO THE POOL? THAT COULD ONLY BE A WORKER AT THE HOTEL, OWNER OR SON OF THE OWNER WHO KNOWS THAT CCTV CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING AND ALSO HAS A SPARE KEY TO THE ROOMS IN THE HOTEL AND OBVIOUSLY THE GIRL'S ROOM. HER BOSS, GUESTS AT THE HOTEL AND WORKERS AT THE HOTEL SHOULD ALL BE ROPED IN.

  The dress she was wearing at the time of her discovery was a normal pant thats drose and bra.It was not a swim pant.The swimming pool is very cold at night and dawn.So how possible will she just go and jump into the swimming pool and suffocate deep in the night.People are mostly around from 6pm-10pm mostly at hotels.So it is a foul play.Honestly i always find MALE boses who travel with a female staff alone always fishy.
  The lady might have discovered some secret about the Boss so the Bose decided to Kill her or he raped her. And due to the caliber of the Boss he decided to kill her to silence everything.Because the arrive and following morning she is found unresponsive in the pool.So the police must interrogate her Boss and driver.Who ever is responsible will not go scot free spiritually.The person will surrender.The mother is dead and yet to be buried so normally the spirit of the mother will be around for sometime and after burial till she finally departs spiritually. Hats how it works.But i heard they are gradually getting closer to what happend.An eyewitness saw something so guy lets pray for the family its is a cruel world lets all be carefull in life.
