Mahama should never grant Bawumia any opportunity to debate him. The man has lost credibility, nobility and integrity and his image is at an all time low. He badly needs this debate to resuscitate his sunken image and ebbing political career. Isn't it strange that government is rather calling for a debate and not the opposition? Eh! If Bawumia, who claims to hold a PhD in economics says he does not overstand a 24-hour economy then no wonder that he has completely collapsed and destroyed the economy and sent it spiralling into a bottomless pit.

Bawumliar knows very well that his track record stinks so the only way out for him is to get the opportunity to continue telling lies. He is in government so he should let his actions speak up for him - actions speak louder than words.

Don't worry yourself, it's okay to back down from a challenge when a stronger contender invites you. In any case don't think Ghanaians are going to swallow the 24-hour economy policy without asking you to digest it. It will be insane for me to believe in a policy that you craft but can't explain it. 5 months to elections we are still chasing you for the explanation of the 24-hour economy policy. Ghanaians should think twice!

if he has short memories, some of us dont. Let me remind him, during the heat of the 2016 elections, the then President Mahama demanded a debate with the then opposition leader, now the current president.

Nana Addo didn't not honour that invitation and was on peacefm the following day . Mahama then stood on a campaign platform and was mimicking the opposition leader than, that he called for a debate only for Nana Addo to run to peacefm and tried mimicking how the current president spoke to a loud cheers from the NDC supporters!
