  I have heard similar criticisms from several sources including the fact that patients need to know an insider before getting treatment.May God Almighty save Ghana and us all.

  This explains why the place is the way it is? We don't need A+ to tell us about Korle Bu, however, there's really no good hospital in Ghana.
