Patients in these areas either rely on traditional African medicine or travel great distances for healthcare.

  Since you have clueless leaders who packed money in politicians' rooms instead of leveraging the cash to expand the economy for private sector growth and to run effective-efficient government agencies, you will continue to be the end receivers rather than givers. As long as you remain in this mindset, no being will be able to change the situation. You know very well that you should not bother God to cause rain for your crops to grow when you can irrigate your farmland through other means. What is more glorious than generating your own resources in lieu of looking up to someone?
