Organised Labour should send the right message to this corrupt government and others to come. This I suggest
1. Organised Labour should constitute the majority on the SSNIT Board
2. Appointment for any management position should strictly be by the Board through a transparent competitive process.
3.On no account should government engage any management staff for SSNIT
4. There should be objective goals set for management and continuous management appraisal by an independent body set up the board.
With this SSNIT will be free from political patronage where party apparashisk will not find a foothold and pensioners will be happy in their retirement and live long.
