When I was in primary school, everybody had to wear a scarf with the colours red, white green, round his neck as part of our school uniform. If you go to school without the scarf, you will be turned away. Do you know where the scarfs were sold? At CPP office. So where was the money going? Into CPP coffers. It means parents of all primary and middle school children in Ghana were making a mandatory contribution to party coffers.
