Is NAPO quitting parliament? If he isn’t why the question in the first place? Isn’t same as any current MP who contested to represent his party in the 2024 elections?

Article 97 clearly stipulated by resignation of the MP, and that it is. Elections should be held in SALL constituency, Lolobi and Likpe and so on.
