I hope the constituents of this so-called MP are following his scandalous remarks. This should advise them on how to vote and who not to vote for in the coming elections. My advise to them is not to vote again for this man or any other such person who may cast a sad reflection upon them all.

It is because of such people that Ghanaians have lost all respect for parliamentarians. People like him have completely lost it. They do not seem to know what time of the day it is much more, know what and which obligations they have to honor at any given time. He is living in cloud cuckooland.

Let me remind him that the responsibilities of each and every Ghanaian is equally important to each and every other Ghanaian. We all need traffic-free roads and timely transportation to accomplish our daily routines. This includes his own domestic and parliamentary staff. If his own driver gets stuck in traffic and then reports late at his house to drive him to parliament, no ridiculous privileges on our roads will save him from being late to also report to parliament. Common-sense points to the need for the authorities to ensure that there is free-flow of traffic for all, for the benefit of all. It is only selfish and inward-looking people who think only of their exclusive benefits to the exclusion of all others.

In most countries MPs don't have body guards. Sirens are used on AMBULANCES, FIRE SERVICE and other Special purpose vehicles even not all police vehicles are fitted with siren. With all my years on this planet, this is my first time of coming across a request of MPs asking to drive Without Speed Limit. Aa oo, What are they trying to hide? I believe the Parliamentarians forget they are serving in a poor African country. I sincerely hope the Speaker is not going to entertain such requests. God bless Ghana.
